Lan O. Defender as a subject of proof in the pre-trial investigation of the criminal proceedings for minors

The research deals with theoretical, legal and praxeological foundations of defender as a subject of proof in the pre-trial investigation of the criminal proceedings for minors. On the basis of analysis of scientific sources, the current provisions of the criminal procedure law and surveys practical workers explored the concept and content of proof in the pre-trial investigation. Defines the concept of procedural status of defender as a subject of proof in the pre-trial investigation. By results of analysis of scientific literatures, the author gives a definition of subject of proof in criminal proceedings for minors, and formulated definition of limits of proof in criminal proceedings for minors.
