The thesis is dedicated to the study of course features of Chronic Drug-Induced Hepatitis that occurred in 115 patients with Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia on cytostatic therapy. The heterogeneity of medical lesion of liver depending on agent that is used with the purpose of chemotherapy was revealed. The patogenetic approach to treatment of patients with drug-induced lesion of liver was developed by administrating differentially arginine glutamate and ursosan depending on Chronic Drug-Induced Hepatitis variant.
