Gosh D. Prosecutor as the Subject of Proceedings on Administrative Offenses.

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and legal problems of the prosecutor's part in cases of administrative offenses. Paper defines such concepts as the cases of administrative offenses, the legal status of the prosecutor as the subject of proceedings on administrative offenses, legal security of the prosecutor in the proceedings in cases of administrative offenses etc. Several dispositions of legal and scientific sources which are the basis for the tendencies and prospects of administrative and legal regulation of the prosecutor's activities in the proceedings on administrative offenses are analyzed, as well as the directions of the legal status of the prosecutor as the subject of the proceedings are defined.
