Thesis is devoted to the essence of the legal regulation of leasing the participation of agricultural producers. Considered and analyzed historical development, sources of legal regulation of leasing in agriculture of Ukraine. The essence and the concept of leasing principles of legal regulation of leasing the participation of agricultural producers. Particular attention is paid to the legal regulation and the place of the lease agreement involving agricultural commodity among other civil contracts. In particular, it is necessary that this tripartite agro-law contract. The features of responsibilities of the parties under a lease agreement with the participation of agricultural producers on the basis of the study offered a number of suggestions to improve current legislation of Ukraine.
