The thesis is devoted to research of theoretical and methodological foundations of branding territory. A comprehensive assessment tools of brand territory impact, based on the expert, rating, analytical, mathematical methods and methods of questioning are developed. An improved subject-oriented approach to brand territories building which involves the formation of brand territory taking into account the expectations and hopes that have all categories of stakeholders in the availability of effective territory brand is offered.
