Voitko O. Statistical analysis of crop damage and losses of crops in the insurance case

The thesis is devoted to the further development of theoretical and methodological principles and statistical analysis tools integrated to crop losses and its death, development of software and methodological and organizational issues for using a selective monitoring of crop yields in the insurance case. The methodological principles of comprehensive statistical analysis of crop damage and loss of crops and perennial plants from the systematical standpoint is improved. The dissertation offers conceptual scheme of phased statistical evaluation. The system of statistical indicators evaluating economic losses from natural emergencies is improved. The methodological approaches for work organization according accounting of insured crop losses, regardless of the stage of its development as a result of the insured event, are developed. The thesis adapts methods of forecasting of average crop yields to determine the volume of future harvest insured crops. The system of information and analytical support of statistical analysis of crop damage and its death as a tool for financial stability of agricultural producers in the insurance and contracting procedures have gotten further development.
