Poskrypko I. Mechanism of personnel security maintenance in the economic security system of enterprises

The understanding of economic security with the system approach, the role and place of personnel security in the economic security system of enterprises were revealed and the concept of "personnel security" was clarified in this work. Risks and threats of personnel security were identified and assessed and a complex of measures to minimize them was proposed. The organizational basis for a mechanism of personnel security maintenance in the economic security system of enterprises was investigated, the diagnosis and assessment of the constituent elements of a mechanism of personnel security maintenance in the economic security system of enterprises were made according to developed methods based on indicators, which allows to comprehensively assess the integral level of personnel security maintenance: SP-indicators of personnel security level in the process of hiring and adaptation of personnel, SD-indicators of personnel security level in the development and controlling of personnel, SL-indicators of personnel security level in the process of motivation and staff loyalty. With this methods, the integral levels of personnel security maintenance of enterprises were defined. The possibilities of improving the mechanism of personnel security maintenance in the economic security system of enterprises and assessment methodology of the economic efficiency to ensure personnel security were considered. The organizational and functional model of personnel security in the economic security system of enterprises was developed that would allow to systematize the set of basic elements of a mechanism of personnel security maintenance in the economic security system of enterprises.
