Malyk O. The Formation of the Mechanism of the Enterprise Financial Security Management.

The thesis describes theoretical concepts, methodological and practical aspects concerning the formation of the mechanism of the financial security management of machine-building enterprises. The system of comprehensive assessment of the enterprise financial security that includes the assessment of the enterprise financial condition, financial risks assessment and the assessment of the level of security of financial security functional components is propounded. The order of formation and implementation of the strategy of the enterprise financial security management which is based on the formation of strategies portfolio for the enterprise financial security management, according to its actual level is determined. The structural model of the mechanism of management of the enterprise financial security which includes elements of financial risks management and allows providing of rational managerial decisions to improve the enterprise efficiency is developed.
