The object - a process of ensuring restaurant industry macroeconomic efficiency as a service sector part of Ukrainian national economy; the aim - development and substantiation of theoretical positions and methodological approaches and recommendations for improving regulatory mechanisms in ensuring of Ukrainian restaurant industry efficiency; the methods - such as scientific abstraction, logical analysis, induction and deduction, systematic and logical approach, analogies, logical and analytical, statistical, factor correlation; novelty - the developing of theoretical and methodological grounds and recommendations regarding to improvement of regulatory mechanisms to ensure the efficiency of restaurant industry in Ukraine; outcome is the improvement of program and tax regulation mechanisms to ensure restaurant industry effectiveness, the improvement of information-analytic support quality; it was implemented by TC-118 "Services of trade, restaurant industry, tourism and exhibition"(certificate from 26.11.2015), State Statistics Service of Ukraine (certificate № 14.4-06/673-15 from 10.26.2015), the mane Statistic department of Odessa region (certificate 01-04/10 from 26.10.2015), Agriculture Department of Rozdilnyanska district state administration of Odessa region (certificate № 290/A from 14.09.2015), in educational process of Odessa national Polytechnic University (certificate № 2819/71-06 from 09.11.2015).
