Bereznitskyy O. Secondary myopathy in children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: pathogenesis, diagnostic and treatment.

The dissertation deals with problems of pathogenesis, clinical-laboratory currency of the secondary myopathy in children with JRA and estimation of the effect of the basic treatment of the disease at the background of the clinical-anamnesis, biochemical, immunechemical and data of the functional tests for muscle system. Due to complex examination of the children with JRA estimated peculiarities of the clinical currency of the secondary myopathy, level of the functional insufficiency in dependence on the clinical presentation of the disease. We determined content of the inflammatory cytokines – interleukins-1? and -6 in children with clinical signs of the secondary myopathy syndrome. We estimated the meaning of the kreatinkinase-MM as a marker of the muscle tissue damage. We estimated effect of the complex therapy of the JRA with complex of the partial isometric activity at the background of evaluation ACR criteria, changes of the main inflammatory markers.
