Essay

The thesis deals with the improvement of prenosologic health disorders diagnosis and prognosis in school-age girls with abnormal body weight. The results of clinical, somatometric, metabolic, cytobiophysical, hormonal and psychophysiological characteristics of 8-15 years old girls organisms, taking into account the stage of sexual maturation, are presented. In the case of OW and OW/O in girls, a high level of comorbidity, metabolic disorders, menstrual cycle disorders, a range of pathopsychological signs, economization reduction in the cardiorespiratory system function and decreased functional body reserves were found. It is proved that urban prepubertal and early pubertal girls have the increased level of functional system tension, associated with the specific features of physical development and puberty, hormonal and autonomic regulation. Feasibility of determination of individual prognosis for clinical-metabolic and hormonal disorder severity in girls with OW/O is reported, based on the comprehensive analysis of certain clinical and biochemical parameters. The algorithm for hormonal and metabolic status disorder prognosis is proposed for these purposes, which optimizes individual approaches to atherogenic and metabolic diseases prevention and realization of corrective programs.
