Chobotar A. Pathogenetic substantiation of differentiated treatment of newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis based on thyroid, glucocorticoid homeostasis and cytokine-apoptotic regulation

Object of study: primary diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis with sensitive and resistant to antimycobacterial drugs; aim: - the treatment result improvement of sensitive and resistant primary diagnosed tuberculosis on the background of thyroid homeostasis disorder by the perfection of pathogenetic therapy aiming at correction of the thyroid, glucocorticoid and immuno-cytokine imbalance; methods of research:- clinical, laboratory, microbiological, immunological, imunofermental, immunohistochemical, radiological, statistics; novelty - Data on changes in pituitary-thyroid system and cortisol, immunological level, cytokine and apoptotic indices at primary diagnosed sensitive and resistant pulmonary tuberculosis have been revised. The practicability of additional pathogenetic treatment aiming at thyroid homeostasis, immune, cytokine and apoptotic indices correction and the increasing treatment efficiency have been grounded.
