The basic concepts for support of innovation activity of enterprises under knowledge economy are considered. The state and trends for support of innovation activity of Ukrainian enterprises under knowledge economy are investigated. The features of graiding of workers' positions as the ground of support of innovation activity of enterprise on the basis of knowledge management are certain.
