The thesis is devoted to the solution of important scientific technical problem - rising of functionality human resource management information system due to developing of job model and method of job complexity estimation. Algorithm, informational, methodical and software approach were developed as a part of job complexity estimation information support subsystem, that allows estimate job complexity (job type) from practical quantifiable point of view. Algorithm of job complexity (job type) simulation was developed like integration estimation, which allows deciding tasks of data processing automation and taking into account information processing theory in part of using different estimation scales. Techniques of using method and information technology of job complexity estimation were developed.
