Khomenko O. The development strategy of enterprise taking into account its life cycle and market value

Object of the study is processes of the strategic development enterprise to metallurgical branch of the Ukraine. Objective of study is motivation and development theorist-methodical positions and practical recommendation at the option to strategies of the development of the enterprise with provision for stage its life cycle and speakers of market value. Methods of research are comparative, эконометрические, statistical, tabular, graphic, entropy, content-analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the strategy of the development of the enterprise on the base of the analysis intercoupling its market value and stage of the life cycle; recommendations on adaptation existing functional strategy of the enterprise to speaker of the integral factor of its development. Novelty is deepening theorist-methodical positions and recommendation at the option to strategies of the development of the enterprise with provision for stage its life cycle and speakers of market value.
