Gryn T. Legal regulation of employment in Ukraine and abroad: comparative legal aspect

The dissertation is the first in domestic science complex system research of labor law and legal regulation of employment in Ukraine and abroad. In the work legal analysis of the concept of employment was carried out, the subjects, content relationship with employment were investigated. The author proposed his own job classification, depending on how the legal registration of the work allocated to legal forms of employment; depending on the mechanism, the procedures for exercising the right to work singled main types of employment. The periods of formation and development of the institution of employment were distinguished, thus its historical stages were highlighted.
