The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the actual problems of theoretic and legal principles for counteraction to corruption offences by means of administrative law. Combating corruption offences by means of administrative law in terms of its economical, political, organizational and legislative components is analyzed and the general social and legal characteristics are provided.Issues of improvement of the anti-corruption legislation and legislative activity in this area are examined.The administrative and legal mechanism of the managing the specified area and its components were considered.The proposals regarding the ways for improvement the existing and development of new regulations in the area of counteraction to corruption offences by means of administrative law are made, taking into account the international experience and the requirements of international legislation.
