Shevtsova O. State regulation of long-term economic development of old idustrial regions of Ukraine

Object of research - processes of state regulation of development of national econo-my. The purpose of work is development of theoretical provisions, methodical ap-proaches and organizational bases of state regulation of long-term economic devel-opment of old industrial regions of Ukraine in system of regulation of national econ-omy on the basis of the accounting of features of development of their territorial and economic complexes. Research methods: system and structural approaches, induction and deduction, statistical and economic analysis, comparison, method of the analysis of hierarchies, method of structural composition, synthesis, image marketing, territo-rial branding, abstraction, logical generalization. Scientific novelty of work consists in development of theoretical provisions, methodical approaches and organizational bases of long-term economic development of old industrial regions of Ukraine in sys-tem of regulation of national economy on the basis of the accounting of features of development of their territorial and economic complexes with application of territorial marketing. Conceptual provisions of state regulation of long-term economic devel-opment of old industrial regions in system of state regulation of national economy are for the first time offered. Are improved: methodical approach to an assessment of a condition of economic development; methodical ensuring justification of a complex is more whole than state programs and a complex of instruments of their realization.
