The dissertation is devoted to improvement of scientific and methodological issues and develop practical recommendations for study of organizational and economic principles of efficient management of processes of formation and development of green tourism as the direction of diversification of economic activities of the agricultural sector and on that basis for sustainable rural development. In theses is improved Definitional categories of "green tourism" in the context of current structural changes and differentiation of agrarian sector of economy; the estimation of the place and role of rural green tourism in the economy of the agricultural sector have be done the modern level of investment support green tourism is investigated; the basic problems and future aspects of the activity of the agricultural sector-specific economic potential of the region have been identified; the main results of innovation activities in the business of providing services agritourism are systematized. In order to implement large-scale agro-tourist potential of rural areas improved overall methodological approach to the evaluation of economic efficiency of investments in tourist destinations; the approaches to clustering priority agritourism facilities nave been developed; the researches are complemented by an innovative concept study to develop green tourism. The mechanism in the implementation of the tourism cluster is grounded here; institutional methodical approach to study the formation of state support and develop green tourism both directly diversification of the agricultural sector are also proposed; the basic agrounification model in terms of sustainable rural development is processed.
