Oshovskyi V. Administrative procedure of the activity of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of administrative procedures of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine. The main attention is paid to problems in the formulation and implementation of administrative procedures in various areas of activity of the enforcement and penal institutions. According to the aim, the thesis highlights perception of the SPS of Ukraine issues as an object of administrative and legal research; it analyzed the essence and legal nature of administrative procedures in the work of public education; it proposed and described the principles of administrative procedures in Ukraine SPS through their concepts, classification and content.
