Dissertation is devoted to complex theoretical, legal and methodological studies administrative and legal status of the public prosecutor as part of its administrative and legal status and disciplinary liability of the prosecutor in the administrative and legal science in the context of defining the principles, concepts and scope of disciplinary responsibility of the prosecutor. The work analyzes main stages of the genesis of the disciplinary responsibility of the prosecutor in Ukraine and covered foreign experience in attracting the public prosecutor disciplined. Characterized legal regulation of functioning and administrative structure and legal status of the qualification commission.
