Essay

The dissertation is a scientific research of the administrative law regulation for using ionizing radiation sources in health care. The work contains a number of theoretical regulations and practical recommendations formulated as a result of complex investigation of the administrative law regulation for using ionizing radiation sources in health care. The definition of "medical physicist" is formulated for the first time. "Ionizing radiation source" and "medical exposure" definitions were improved. Legal deficiencies are determined for the law legal acts that regulate using of ionizing radiation sources in health care.
