Kravets N. Ecologization of the Agrarian Production as the Principle of Agrarian Law.

The dissertation is sanctified to complex and all-round research of such special principle of agrarian law as the principle of ecologization of the agrarian production as well as peculiarities and regularities of legal support of the basic directions of implementation thereof, specifically in the area of usage of agricultural land, in the process of organic farming and using of genetically modified organisms in the manufacture of agricultural products of plant and animal origin. In the paperwork is given author's classification of measures that promote of realization of the principle of ecologization of the agrarian production. As a result of the conducted research a set of proposals for the improvement of the agrarian law of Ukraine in the above field, taking into account requirements of the European Union law, has been formulated.
