The object of the research is a process of a strategic management of a resistant in insurance companies with use of corporate business models. The body of a research is theoretical, methodical and practical approaches what about usage of corporate business models in strategic management of a resistance in insurance companies. The aim of this article is theoretical summary and development of practical recommendations, with its further perfection of strategic management in resistance of insurance companies based on corporate business modeling. Author have used: monographic, system-structured, comparative, logically abstracted, clustered, and financially economical analysis methods. The theoretical value is to justify the development of theoretical positions and in development of practical recommendations for improving corporate business models in strategic management stability of life insurance companies.
