Essay

Object – processes of multicast and fault-tolerant routing in multiservice telecommunication networks. Purpose – improving the performance and scalability of telecommunication networks based on development flow-based models of multicast and fault-tolerant routing. Methods – graph theory, set theory, operation analysis, optimization theory of multilevel hierarchical systems. Results – first proposed flow-based model of multicast routing in multiservice telecommunication network, which also includes the case for broadcast flows routing; the development of flow-based model for fault-tolerant routing in telecommunication networks, in which conditions for implementation basic schemes of reservation network elements formulated: node, link, path and their capacity protection; development of hierarchical method with coordination of multicast and fault-tolerant routing in telecommunication network, based on decomposition representation of flow-based model of multicast and fault-tolerant routing. It is introduced – in learning process in Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics; in the development of telecommunication infrastructure of scientific production association "SOLVER". A patent received for the useful model. The field of use is telecommunication systems and networks
