Essay

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation and development of new approaches to diagnostic and pharmacological correction of endothelial dysfunction in Schonlein-Henoch purpura in children by identifying the role of vascular endothelial growth factor and antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies in the pathogenesis of it’s formation and clinical features of the disease. It was proved that the performance of laboratory markers of endothelial lesions were higher in children with PSHH than children in the control group (p <0.05). Most high rates of the ANCA were in children who had acute infectious diseases before the PSHH - 17 (26,56 ± 5,81) children. In children who received Schonlein-Henoch purpura basic therapy, combined with polyoxidonium, there was a deeper reduction of blood serum biochemical markers of endothelial dysfunction and antineutrophil cytoplasmic VEGF antibody and ANCA in the range (27.2 - 43.6) % and more pronounced improve the functional state of the vascular endothelium.
