The research aims at improving the efficiency of the production systems of high-temperature physical and technical processing methods by means of better use of information potential of the video signal and its interpretation in the context of managing all stages of the equipment and product life cycle. For solving this problem we have used parametric approach to the interpretation of bitmapped specific scenes of high-temperature processes including physical nature of their forming. We have designed imaging models using modified methods of spectral photometry. We have suggested visualizing data use in the controlling of production process through information technology based on the adaptive control method type. This method ensures a strategic and tactical level in the controlling of production system, as well as creates conditions for managing support and server production processes. We have presented the description and results of the conducted experimental research of methods of isolating the informative signs, control algorithm, and means of ensuring its functioning. The obtained information technology, methods, models, algorithms, and programs make it possible to improve system-wide features of the production systems of high-temperature processing, product quality, as well as facilitate the implementation of the principles of production efficiency.
