Were examined 120 patients with self-destructive behavior, including 60 patients with myocardial infarction and 60 perpetrators of suicide attempt. Was conducted the comprehensive assessment of the patient's mental status, autoagressive behavior characteristics and comorbid psychopathological disorders. Was described the detailed structure and clinical psychopathology of mental disorders in patients with myocardial infarction, and the perpetrators of suicide attempt. The proportion of persons with mental illness was more than 2/3, in both groups were dominated depressive disorder. The severity of psychiatric and psychosomatic disorders was positively correlated with the severity of suicidal C-SSRS. Was confirmed affinity of auto-aggressive tendencies in development of myocardial infarction and suicide attempts, namely: a high level of suicidal thoughts in patients with a history of myocardial infarction, which is subjected to control and restraint stronger than can be traced in the life history of perpetrators of suicide attempt. We also saw a greater tendency to hypomania / mania in patients with MI, and a tendency to depression and anxiety and depressive disorders in perpetrators of suicide attempt. Was developed and implemented a three-component model of self-destructive behavior's correction in patients with prior myocardial infarction, and the perpetrators of suicide attempt, envisaging the gradual application of the individual units, depending on individual disease features and the content of the therapy.
