Negresha D. Administrative and legal support of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to complex research of theoretical organizational and legal principles of administrative and legal support of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Analyzes the history of political and legal minds, Ukraine since statehood to the beginning of the XXI century. Proposed to-ordinated definition of "administrative and legal support of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine". Analyzes the nature and legal basis of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as a subsidiary body of the Ukrainian parliament, its features, functions and tasks. We investigate the legal status of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and its structure. A further determine the forms of legal support of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as a set of legal norms and means. Established that the solution to the common approach to re-regulation of the legal status of parliamentary, establishing a list of its functions and powers, structure and number of employees, determined by the shape PRA vlinnya; terms of financing Parliament; historical traditions and some other factors.
