The thesis is devoted to the essence of the concept and content of administrative and legal regulation of public notary, and analyzed the relations arising in civil and notarial activities are the subject of administrative regulation and the history of reform and notary modern independent Ukraine, defined sub 'objects administrative and legal regulation of public notary and their administrative personality. The concept of administrative procedures in the activity of administrative and legal regulation of public notary, which is a legally meaningful and legislated part of the administrative process and a separate procedural action that carried a certain order and in a specific sequence and is aimed at achieving a certain legal result. The necessity of Ukraine in the only Latin Notaries (free) type, as having the most modern requirements of European legislation. Grounded proposal on the issue of administrative and legal regulation of public notary in Ukraine and ways of their solution.
