Kotenko N. Strategic Trends of Investment Activity on Rural Areas

Objective: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and creation of practical recommendations as to activization and efficiency increase of investment activity in rural areas. Object: the investment process under rural economic and social scope conditions. Research methods: abstract logic, historical and economic, statistic and economic, economic and mathematic, matrix, economic and mathematic modeling. Theoretical results: the background for further enrichment of theoretical and methodical bases for identification of investment activity strategic directions in rural areas has been created. Practical results: suggestions as to the improvement of investment process environment in rural areas have been worked out aimed at the consolidation of assets and initiatives of all subjects of rural development, members of local authority, business and rural communities, in particular. Scientific novelty: conceptual approach to the investment activity management in rural areas has been substantiated, according to which the process of purposefulness, resources entrance, managerial objects and subjects have been determined as socially oriented and investment distribution is supposed to ensure equal access of the whole rural population to the public welfare.
