Dissertation is devoted to study theoretical foundations, methodological approaches and search recommendations for application development engineering companies financial strategy to ensure their competitive advantage. It has been made choice of diagnostic indicators of potential financial engineering companies that merged groups of parameters, each of which contains a set of indicators (financial processes of domestic processes credit support, investment processes, backup software; performance). Author recommended to use in the Balanced Scorecard management of financial resources engineering enterprise, allows to operanatialization the financial strategy, establish reasonable strategic objectives and to monitor the implementation of this strategy, levels of performance through the optimization of the six main processes that act as indicators of lower-level indicators and signal a need for adjustment purposes. It was established that the main element of the scientifically-methodical approach is the formation competitiveness-oriented financial strategy that provides a set of financial strategies and make choices competitiveness-oriented financial strategy. The estimation system that based on decomposition model that allows to study the efficiency and sustainability criteria for possible use in the process of forming alternatives competitiveness strategy oriented on financial engineering enterprises has suggested.
