The thesis is devoted to complex research of legal consequences of unauthorized occupation of land lots. Here explained the concept, characteristics and essence of unauthorized occupation of land lots as basis of negative legal consequences. Investigated the types and features of negative legal consequences of unauthorized occupation of land lots. Particular attention is paid to the phenomenon of return illegally occupied land lots as legal consequences of the offense. Separately reviewed, the features of civil liability and other types of legal consequences of unauthorized occupation of land lots. The study included proposals to improve current legislation of Ukraine regulating relations of protection from unauthorized land occupation and negative legal consequences of its commit.
