Chernenko D. Statistical Evaluation of The Clinical Laboratory Services Market in Ukraine

In the dissertation scientific and methodical foundations of statistical estimation of market conditions of the clinical laboratory services (CLS) market are stated. The conceptual approach, in particular, is offered, and the corresponding scheme of carrying out of complex statistical research of the CLS market in Ukraine is developed. In particular, the author proposed the definition of "medical laboratory services". The system of statistical indicators of its research is offered. Statistical evaluation of the potential and realized demand in the CLS market of Ukraine in the regional context is carried out. Evaluation of development proportionality of the national CLS market is carried out. The analysis of the prices in the CLS market in Ukraine is carried out. The analysis of set of conditions of the market development is carried out. Therefore it is found out, which factors have a significant influence a conjuncture of this market. Ukraine regions classified depending on the relative number of hospital-outpatient laboratory and outpatient laboratory tests to identify the most promising of them for CLS market. Tendencies of development of the national CLS market private sector taking into account seasonal fluctuations with use singular spectral analysis are investigated.
