Bezruchko O. The management of the industrial enterprise economic potential at the different stages of life cycle

The dissertation deals with the study of the management problems of the industrial enterprise economic potential in terms of cyclical market conditions. The theoretical approaches concerning the definition of the "economic potential of an enterprise" have been analyzed in the paper. It has been suggested its interpretation as a complex, dynamic, integrated, coherent and synergistic totality of all kinds of its existing and future resource capabilities that are used to achieve tactical and strategic targets of enterprise development at different stages of its life cycle. In the thesis it has been worked out the matrix approach to determine the stage of the industrial enterprise life cycle based on the comparison of the integral index of economic potential realization level as quantifying assessment of the synergistic effect of the interaction expanded by the author system of the retrospective components and grade scale of pace changes in the overall economic status of the enterprise. It has been improved the scenario approach as for economic potential management of the enterprise which provides the determination of variability of enterprise future development depending on the stage of the life cycle, the external environment favorability, appropriateness of the resources to strategic targets and tasks as well as the level of unrealized economic potential that can be activated at the certain stage of development within leveling internal and external threats, maximum use of opportunities of micro- and macro environment.
