Thesis deals with the complex of theoretical and practical issues of public and legal regulation of banking activity in Ukraine in terms of European integration. Analyzes the state of scientific research of legal issues, public, financial and legal regulation of banking activity. Formation and development of legal and state regulation of banking comparative context are analyzed. Studied theoretical and methodological principles of public legal regulation of banking activity. Attention is paid to the principles of law, which are based relationships in banking. The peculiarities of the expansion areas of banking activity in terms of European integration (for example, initial public offerings).
