The thesis is devoted for searching ways of synthesis and development of preparative methods of obtaining new practically useful thiosulfoacid esters of 4-phthalimidomethylbenzene-, 4-{[(methoxycarbonyl)amino]methyl}-benzene-, 4-aminomethylbenzene-, 2-(carbamoylamino)-1H-benzimidazole-6-ilthiosulfoacid derivatives by alkylation of thiosulfoacid salts and also synthesis of heterocyclic and carbocyclic thiosulfoesters by nucleophilic substitution of halogen atoms of halogencontaining derivatives of quinazoline, substituted quinolines, benzo- and naphthoquinones by thiosulfoacid salts.
