Rak O. Laserophoresis in compound treatment of inflammatory processes of maxillofacial area.

The dissertation presents results of chymotrypsin and biogenic stimulator wich has regenerative properties of the animal origin lazerophoresis, depending on the phase of the process of wound healing during treatment of acute inflammative processes of the soft tissues of maxillofacial area. The effectiveness of the treatment was evaluated by clinical and laboratory data, biophysical, biochemical and cytological methods. The most informative indicators for assessing the progress of inflammation that can be used for outcomes prediction and treatment correction were identified. Observations on the 7th day of treatment showed more positive results in patients whose treatment included lazeroforesis of medications depending on the phase of wound healing process. The decreases of endogenous intoxication, reduction of local and general hyperthermia were determined. The acceleration of the contraction of the wound surface, early debridement from purulent necrotic masses, early appearance of active granulation and marginal epithelialization were revealed, compared with those of a group of patients where the conventional medication and physical therapy circuit were used.
