The theoretical background is defined, the methodical approaches are researched and practical tools of innovative potential estimation of the hotel industry enterprises are improved in the given dissertation. A structural and logical scheme of innovative potential estimation, which is based on the sectoral characteristics of the hotel industry enterprises, is suggested in the thesis. The recommendations for improving the innovative potential are given. The innovative potential could be improved due to the implementation of innovations in the activity of hotel industry enterprises by four spheres.
