Essay

The dissertation deals with investigating the nature and features of the prevention of administrative offences in the property field. The main doctrinal views and modern approaches to the prevention of administrative offences in the property field are investigated and the comprehensive analysis of the practical activity of the subjects implementing it is carried out. The essence and prospects of improving legal prevention of administrative offences that infringe on property rights are revealed, a number of proposals for amendments of the existing legislation in order to improve the prevention of administrative offenses in this area are elaborated.
