Essay

It was shown the presence of ecophysiological groups of Nitrogen, Sulphur and Carbon redox-cycles in a quantity 102-108 cells/g of clay in both studied karst caves. Nitrogen cycle is closed, in Sulphur cycle these were no sulphatreducing microogranisms as well as in Canbon cycle there were no cellulosolythic, methanogenic and methanotrophiс. Karst caves microorganisms were able to functioning in presence of very high concentrations of toxic Cu2+ and NCB in kopio- and oligcarbotrophic conditions. Some strains, besides, were resistance to relatively high doses of UV. Moreover, studied strains were able to interact with xenobiotics: Cu2+ - accumulation of cation by microbial cells, NCB - by reductive destruction. It was shown the exictance of two types of microbial communities' response to extreme factors - correlaltive and noncorrelative. Karst caves microorganisms highly adaptive to alien extreme factors. Isolated strains were industrially promising for use in nitrochloroorganic wastewaters treatment.
