The thesis research realizable systematization of becoming of the operating normatively-methodical providing of the legal adjusting of financial control in the sphere of custom business and reasonable recommendations and suggestions are in relation to perfection of financial control in the context of eurointegration processes in Ukraine. The theoretical and legal-historical analysis of financial control is in-process conducted. Essence and value of financial control are exposed in the sphere of custom business. Principles, forms and methods of financial control, are described in the sphere of custom business. The features of realization of financial control are investigational in the sir of custom business after such directions: currency, budgetary, control after an extra charge and payment of custom payments.
