Gao S. Management of efficiency of reconstruction of housing on the basis of economic development (for example, the cities of the PRC)

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical-methodological and practical approaches and recommendations to improve the efficiency management of reconstruction held by real estate development company as a key player in the investment and construction process. There were identified two main conceptual approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of reconstruction. The first approach is based on KPI of individual design solutions or their complex, but the effectiveness of the whole project is always measured and taken into consideration. The second approach means that the evaluation is conducted in terms of participants of investment and construction process. it has been affirmed that the implementation of city settlements reconstruction projects on the basis of invitalization is an important source of increasing integral economic efficiency for the main participants of ICP, where the key figure is a real estate development company.
