The thesis is devoted to complex research of harmonization of national labor legislation on dismissal to EU legislation. The concept and characters of dismissal are researched. The historical genesis of legal regulation of dismissal is examined. The features of the current theoretical and legal analysis state of the legal regulation of dismissal are highlighted. The theoretical and legal analysis of EU law sources concerning dismissal of employees is provided. The meaning of implementation of EU legislation on dismissals harmonization of the into the labor law of Ukraine is clarified.
