Essay

The object of study: diabetic cataract (DC). Objective: to improve the effectiveness of the prevention of DC by experimental validation correction of metabolic disorders and the use of bioflavonoids. Methods: experimental, clinical, biochemical, statistical; slit lamp, photometr. For the first time found a protective effect of bioflavonoids Rutoside the lens in experimental streptozotocin diabetes (ESD) in rabbits. For the first time in the in vitro experiment proved that bioflavonoid Rutoside okazіvaet direct protective effect on the lens. Supplemented by scientific data on the inhibitory effect of bioflavonoids on aldose reductase activity in diabetes. For the first time in the experiment proved the effect of bioflavonoid antioxidant enzymes Rutoside on the lens system and intraocular fluid and an inhibitory effect on the formation of free radical oxygen species. For the first time it found that the ESD bioflavonoid Rutoside reduced the rate of formation of products glikiruvannya in the lens and blood. Complex scientific facts discovered about the impact antikataraktogennom bioflavonoid Rutoside in DM proves the feasibility of bioflavonoid Rutoside to prevent the development of a recreation center in diabetes.
