Berdnikova K. Administrative responsibility for violation of the proscriptions and restrictions established in the sphere of prevention of corruption in Ukraine.

This research is devoted to the exercise of theoretical and legal analysis and definition of peculiarities of administrative responsibility for violation of the proscriptions and restrictions established in the sphere of prevention of corruption in Ukraine, inherent features of the prosecution procedures, and research of the world standards in the sphere of fighting corruption. The dissertation research is focused on the analysis and definition of the shortcomings which arise during the application of administrative responsibility for violation of the proscriptions and restrictions established in the area of prevention of corruption due to violation of special restrictions established for persons which are authorized to perform functions of state and local governance. The proposals for improvement and increase of the effectiveness of the administrative and legal mechanism in the context of bringing persons to responsibility for violation of the proscriptions and restrictions in the area of prevention of corruption in the modern period of development of the society and state are worked out.
