Kostenko I. Administrative and Legal Ensuring of the Exercise of the Citizens' Right of Access to Information Held by the Court.

The thesis deals with the issues related to administrative and legal ensuring of exercise of the citizens' right of access to information held by the court. It has been proved that the Law of Ukraine On the Access to Public Information determines the procedure of exercising and ensuring the right of access only to the non-procedural information held by the court. Legal nature of the citizens' right of access to information held by the court has been highlighted. The notion and content of the citizens' right to information held by the court have been identified. Types of information held by the court have been dealt with. Notion, peculiarities and structure of the mechanism to ensure the exercise of the citizens' right of access to information held by the court have been identified. Normative, institutional and procedural elements of the mechanism to ensure the exercise of the citizens' right of access to information held by the court have been described. Legal guarantees to ensure the exercise of the citizens' right of access to information held by the court have been researched into and analyzed. These guarantees include the guarantees of exercise, the guarantees of protection and the guarantees of control.
