Essay

The object of study: Patients with essential hypertension stage II 2nd and 3rd degree in combination with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Objective: To increase the effectiveness of treatment and diagnosis of patients with hypertension combined with diabetes type 2 on the basis of studying the characteristics of left ventricular remodeling and vascular endothelial function and their changes under the influence of complex medical correction. Methods: clinical, laboratory, electrocardiographic, echocardiographic, ultrasound, immunological, statistics. Novelty: hypertension combined with diabetes characterized by more unfavorable course, which was manifested in the worse indicators characterizing the endothelial function and intracardiac hemodynamics, level of endothelin-1, nitric oxide metabolites and endothelial-dependent vasodilation.A direct correlation of endothelial dysfunction on the level of hypertension was established.
