Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the research of the free-radical reactions processes in the tissue of the rats during the influence of biogenic amine - histamine - and the sodium hypochlorite, the solution that are used for the disintoxication of organism and purifying of water supply system. It is set that histamine and sodium hypochlorite lead to the violation of the processes of lipid peroxidation, thus in different tissues of the rats the intensity of free-radical reactions is different. The investigated solutions lead to the change of the balanced work of antioxidant enzymes defence - superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathion peroxidase. It is educed that at a simultaneous injection of histamine and sodium hypochlorite to the animals' organism, and also at giving to drink of sodium hypochlorite, there is a reduce of the activity of the glutathion peroxidase in all investigated tissues. It is shown that the histamine and sodium hypochlorite cause the dystrophic changes in the tissue cells of different organs (liver, heart tissue, kidneys, lungs). The two-factor dispersive analysis found out that sodium hypochlorite and simultaneous action of sodium hypochlorite and histamine considerably influence the intensity of the processes of lipid peroxidation in the heart, blood plasma and lungs of the rats.
