Essay

In dissertation is devoted to research the interaction of N-alkylhydrazones of aliphatic ketones with Vilsmeier-Haack's reagent as method of synthesis 1,3,4-trisubstituted pyrazoles. It was revealed that the steric effects of substituents at carbon atom of hydrazone have significant effect on the nature of the process. The influence of electronic effects of the substituents in the ratio of hydrazone products in this reaction was studied. Obtained previously unknown 4-fluoroalkyl-3-aminomethyl pyrazoles and pyrazoles fused with saturated nitrogen-containing heterocycles which are promising building blocks for medicinal chemistry.
